Scope And License
Tremendous Greetings grants the purchaser a nonexclusive license to use the supplied postcard artwork and layouts for the uses below, only to the extent Tremendous Greetings controls the necessary rights. The license covers the purchaser and its own business. No exclusivity or ownership of the artwork is transferred.
Personal Use
You may download, keep, print, give away, and mail physical cards. You may privately share individual finished card images with friends or family, including by text or email. You may post individual card images on your own social profiles. Do not publicly offer the pack or individual original files as downloadable freebies.
Commercial Use
You may create and sell physical printed products, including postcards and other physical merchandise, and use the artwork in your own business marketing such as finished website graphics, social posts, ads, and printed promotions. You may crop, resize, or add text for these permitted uses. This license imposes no numerical limit on physical copies. It does not grant any third-party rights needed for a particular commercial use.
Printers And Service Providers
You may supply the files to a printer or production service solely to make your permitted physical products or marketing materials. The service provider receives no independent reuse rights. Do not place the artwork in a marketplace or template library where customers or other sellers can obtain the source files.
No Digital Resale Or Redistribution
Do not sell, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the digital pack, original files, sharing copies, print PDFs, templates, or substantially similar digital derivatives as downloadable products or assets. Do not provide original or reusable image files to clients or customers. Finished marketing displays and the limited personal sharing described above are permitted; digital product resale and client downloads are not.
Third-Party Rights And Affiliation
This license does not include rights in any person's name, likeness, publicity rights, trademarks, logos, or other third-party material. It does not authorize false endorsement or affiliation. Tremendous Greetings is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Donald Trump, his campaign, or a government agency. Buyers are responsible for evaluating any additional permissions required for their intended use.
